Our Team

Dr. Tamara Pauletto is a devout “Prescottonian” with a profound love of animals. Dr. Tammy graduated with honors from Colorado State University in 2005, and then went on to earn the title of “Intern of the Year” at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City.

She embraces the unique bond that is formed over time between primary care veterinarian, client, and patient. Her special areas of interest include complicated medical cases, therapeutic dental care, and cardiac and abdominal ultrasound. In her “spare” time, she enjoys riding horses, practicing yoga, and hanging out with her three crazy daughters!

Dr. Katie Bosco obtained her undergraduate degree in Wildlife Science from Purdue University in 1998. She then graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Dr. Katie practiced as a small animal and exotic veterinarian in the Chicago suburbs for 12 years before moving to Durango, CO in 2014. In Durango, Dr. Katie not only worked in urgent care, but also had the honor of running a home euthanasia/hospice service for the town. After Durango, Dr. Katie continued assisting pets with end of life care in Las Vegas, NV. If you ask, Dr. Katie will say her most important years practicing were the years she helped families through her work with hospice and home euthanasia.

Dr. Katie was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She married her high school sweetheart Dominic in 2002. They have been together since 1994, and that is something Dr. Katie is extremely proud of. Though they do not have children of their own, Dr. Katie considers herself a specialist at spoiling her niece and nephew. She has a soft spot in her heart for giant breed dogs, enjoys beach vacations, and will forever be cheering for her Purdue Boilermakers! Her heart can be found in the mountains. Upon retirement, Dr. Katie is hoping to convince her husband to open up a mastiff ranch in Southwest Colorado.

Dr. Fitzpatrick grew up in Kansas City, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Kansas State University in 1996 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She spent two years practicing in a companion animal and equine practice in Kansas before moving to Arizona in 2005.

Dr. Fitzpatrick strives for compassionate, high quality patient care and great client education. Her special areas of interest include general surgery, pain management, dermatology, and internal medicine cases. She is a member of AVMA and AZVMA.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, off-roading, and spending time with her fur babies.

Dr. Amy Mitchell grew up a proud military brat, spending much of her childhood in Sierra Vista, Arizona. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas and the University of Georgia, before earning her veterinary medical degree at Kansas State University in 2002. Dr. Mitchell relocated to Las Vegas, where she had the opportunity to practice in many areas of veterinary medicine including general practice, emergency and urgent care, shelter medicine, teaching, and serving as Nevada’s state veterinarian. Dr. Mitchell is looking forward to returning to her Arizona roots, including hiking, golfing, and exploring the area with her miniature dachshund sidekick, Vienna.

Alyssa, a native of Prescott, Arizona, discovered her passion for the veterinary field in 2014 and ascended to the position of Hospital Manager by 2020. She prioritizes building strong relationships and emphasizes the importance of nurturing the human-animal bond as a fundamental value in the clinic. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys the company of her husband, their two dachshunds, and two cats. She also loves reading, gardening, and her favorite TV show is The Office!
