VETERINARIANS

Delia Macdonald received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. After working as a mixed animal veterinarian she completed advanced training in veterinary acupuncture through IVAS (International Veterinary Acupuncture Society).
Dr. Delia saves some of her magic for yoga, running, spending time outdoors and being a Mom.

Tammy Pauletto is a devout “Prescottonian” with a profound love of animals. Tammy graduated with honors from Colorado State University in 2005, and then went on to earn the title of “Intern of the Year” at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City. She embraces the unique bond that is formed over time between primary care veterinarian, client and patient. Her special areas of interest include complicated medical cases, therapeutic dental care and cardiac/abdominal ultrasound.
Roxanne went to Colorado State University for her undergraduate and professional Veterinary Medical Degree, graduating in 1984. She and her husband, John, moved to southern California after graduation. There she owned a small animal/exotics practice for 21 years before coming to Prescott to enjoy a more rural lifestyle. She has a strong interest in internal medicine, geriatric care and nutrition. She loves having the ability to integrate holistic and traditional medicine for gentle lifetime care.In her spare time she rides horses, gardens, and crafts homemade wines.

Dr. Ayse Washington was born in New York and migrated to Florida. After receiving her undergraduate degrees at the University of Florida she graduated from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Over the years she has held positions in general practice, emergency medicine, critical care and rehabilitation. She completed her coursework in acupuncture at the Chi Institute for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She obtained her rehabilitation certification from the University of Tennessee’s Canine Rehabilitation Program in 2013. She is interested in energy work, and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband.  

Originally from South Africa, Dr. Fuhrman has extensive experience in financial consulting and corporate accounting. A graduate of Colorado State University’s combined MBA/DVM program, she offers a combination of veterinary practice ownership and practice management, financial analysis, business valuation, professional development and leadership training skills.

Her veterinary experience includes small animal general and emergency practice and small and large animal anesthesia and pain management. She has served on the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association Board of Directors and helped develop their Power of Ten Leadership Academy program. In addition to her consulting work through Joy Fuhrman and Associates, LLC, Dr. Fuhrman is a veterinary practice owner and an Adjunct Faculty at Midwestern University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Emily was born and raised in central Ohio. She attributes her love for the sciences, the environment and animals to her father whom encouraged exploration, knowledge and travel from a young age. She received her undergraduate degree (Pre-vet/Equine Science) from Bethany College in West Virginia. Dr. Emily graduated in 2018 from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed a post-doc training at the University of Florida in integrative medicine, equine and small animal acupuncture and herbs with world renowned professor and acupuncturist, Dr. Xie. Dr. Emily is certified in mixed animal acupuncture and holds a certification in spinal manipulations for both large and small animals. She is currently working on her herbal certification. She is THRILLED to join the team at Harmony and provide the most comprehensive combination of eastern and western medicine.

She is truly passionate about allowing the body to heal itself! Her biggest passions lie in Chinese medicine and spinal manipulations. She is very excited to offer her services to the equine community here! In her spare time Dr. Emily is an avid outdoors woman. She enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and her energetic dog Delilah, backpacking, rock climbing, weight lifting and exploring new places.
